Top Gear From Japan...
...is the appropriate title for a short film about Gareth's love of cars for
LWT's new youth motoring show, "Driving Me Crazy".
In the film, Gareth tells the story of how he personally imported two cars from
Japan (see News Feb99). It features an interview in his back garden, and
follows him as he drives around London in his own inimitable style.
In making this film, Gareth broke his career-long resolution: "
Never Let a Film Crew Into your Home!"
Catch all the action on Fri. 21st May 1999, at 5:30pm, on ITV (in the London
region only, sorry) .
"Driving Me Crazy" is part of "The Lab", LWT's summer youth
strand.
